What is this role all about?

• Sourcing and negotiating with new potential suppliers for competitive pricing and terms.
• Coordinate and oversee shipping processes, ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries.
• Assist in handle documentation, including invoices, customs declarations, and export/import permits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Analyze shipping options, negotiate favorable terms with carriers, and strive to secure the most cost-effective methods.
• Co-ordinate closely for orders updates and plan for the shipment arrangement.
• Scope of work shall be revised depending on the management needs or request from time to time.

What is required to be successful in this role?

• At least Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Logistic, Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, Business Studies or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate in English, Malay & Mandarin.
• Fresh graduate(s) are encouraged to apply.
• Based in Puchong office.

Responsibilities:

• Translate marketing strategies to execution activities for assign products
• Oversee product development.
• Participate in development and execution of advertising and sales promotion.
• Coordinate sales campaigns and product distribution.
• Organize and assist Ground campaign and events.
• Provide product training and evaluate new product effectiveness in market place.
• Carry out evaluation of product performance through sales and consumer feedback.
• Monitor online sales and dealer activities in social media.
• Conduct market research, identify trends, and devise strategic initiatives to drive business growth.
• Scope of work shall be revised depending on the management needs or request from time to time.

What you'll need to have:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business study: PR/ Marketing or equivalent.
• Required 3-5 years in digital marketing, marketing, or related field.
• Proficient with marketing automation software and tools.
• Strong skills in managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for effective teamwork.
• Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills for marketing strategies.
• Understanding of customer experience.
• Prefer Mandarin Speaking Candidate (required to liaise with client)

Job Scope
•    Assist Management in planning and execution of strategical works and processes across all branches.
•    Review and implement business strategies and operational plans, ensuring alignment with Group objectives.
•    Lead transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, ensure business continuity, and enhance return on investment.
•    Provide strategic insights and planning tools to support informed decision-making and maintain alignment with the company’s direction.
•    Prepare regular reports on Business Improvement Plans, branch performance, and overall business outcomes.
•    Conduct market research and analysis to support strategic planning and business development outcomes.

Job Requirements
•    Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
•    1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, planning, or related roles.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
•    Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Open to travel based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Audio and Video solutions and management.
• Collaborate with teams on system design and implementation.
• Participate in project, perform onsite inspection, operate, and provide consultancy support during the whole business circle.
• Troubleshoot AV system issues for clients as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field.
